My training is starting to feel a bit like Ground Hog’s Day. Not that it’s boring it’s just routine. I saw a podiatrist for my plantar fasciitis. I have to stop doing any weight bearing exercise including running in the water 😭 I have to wear better shoes and get orthotics. This all means a lot of money. So I’ll be making calls to my private health company to find out how much is covered.

Thursday night meant Pilates with my man. Was great. Came home, ate dinner and went to bed. I was spent. I normally wake at 4am but today slept right through until my 5am back up alarm woke me. I’m still feeling very tired.

Dry needling at the podiatrist yesterday. My calf muscle is very tight and apparently this is all connected with my plantar fasciitis.
