I’m still swimming laps but I decided I would try running in the pool. Once again may not be a good choice with my heel injury but I’d like to have more variety than just laps. I did it for 50 minutes and really got my heart rate up but did not burn anywhere near the kilojoules I’d burn swimming. But hey, just last year I was not doing anything. I’ll be back doing laps tomorrow.
On the weekend I went shopping at my Mum’s for smaller sized clothes. Got some lovely things. Went out for lunch yesterday with a friend from Primary School. Was lovely to catch up.
I felt so good in this dress. Loved watching my husband’s face when I walked out of our bedroom.
