Using Apps

Apps are fantastic to give you a breakdown of your daily exercise. You can graph your steps or weight loss. Visuals like this give me more drive. I love seeing that what I am doing works.

I just use a couple of basic apps. My husband’s phone does give him more analysed data but I don’t really care if I am 557834th in the world.

I care that in three weeks I have walked nearly 90km’s. That my BMI keeps lowering and my weight is definitely headed south.

This is one of the most beautiful screenshots I’ve ever taken. I can’t remember when I was last this weight. All I know is that I’ll be saying this a lot.
