Yesterday was one of those days. I walked the furthest I’ve ever walked. Yay! I dropped a kilo. Double yay! I discovered I dropped two dress sizes. And that was the hat trick. Or so I thought.
I also walked up two flights of stairs. I was so out of breath. Yep, cocky me, who thought she was doing so well, got a good dose of reality. I’m far from fit. I’m still practicing. I did walk up them pretty fast. I am walking faster these days. Yet, inclines, hills and stairs are still a big test for me. Not fond of them but determined to conquer them.
