On Friday I decided to see my GP. I was worried about infection as I was starting to really hurt. He diagnosed a friction blister between two toes and gave me good suggestions for strapping them.
Saturday I really wanted to give my sore toes a rest but still wanted to exercise. So the kids and I went to our local council pool. It was a magic day.
I jogged on the spot for 40 minutes. It was a comfortable and refreshing way to do some light resistance exercise. Picked up an Açaí Bowl on the way home for a yummy lunch.
Knowing that I am not looking for excuses or using injury to prevent me from movement gives me an immense satisfaction.
I am now setting goals and looking forward to being challenged. Keep you posted.
